What should I do if my payment is refused?

Some cross border transactions (international purchase) are refused by the card issuer/bank for security reason. In order to make a purchase with us, you may have to call card issuer/bank to confirm the transaction and then place a new order again.  

What is CVV code?

In checkout page, we ask for your credit card certification value (CVV) code for increased security and protection against fraud. For MasterCard, and Visa credit cards, you can find this 3-digit value on the back of your card. CVV Code 3D Secure As required by law, we will never store your credit card CVV code anywhere and it is discarded after transmission in the checkout.

Why the payment declined?

This could be for many different reasons: – Some of the card/personal details entered do not match the information held by your Card Issuer – You do not have enough cleared funds on your card to cover the amount of the purchase – There may be a problem with your Card Issuer’s authorization system If you are sure that one of the reasons above does not apply to your payment attempt, we recommend that you try again. However, should the problem persist, please contact your Card Issuer to find out further information.

Why can’t I add my card to my PayPal account?

Here are some issues you may encounter when you add your card:
  • Your card might not be compatible with the PayPal system.
  • If your card doesn’t have a card verification code (usually a 3-digit code on the back of your card), you can’t use that card on your PayPal account.
  • A debit or credit card can be linked to only one PayPal account at a time. If your card has been linked to a PayPal account before, you’ll need to remove the card before linking it to a different PayPal account.
  • The billing address you provide must exactly match the one shown on your card statement. Check your debit or credit card statement to confirm that the addresses match

How do I add a credit or debit card to my PayPal account?

When you add a card , you may be notified of a 2 AUD charge to your card . The charge on your card is temporary to confirm if your card is ready to use with PayPal. It usually takes a few minutes to receive the refund back to your card, but it can take up to 30 days depending on your card provider.

Do I need to confirm all cards in my PayPal account?

Here’s why you should confirm every card you add to your PayPal account : Linking and confirming your card limits the risk of stolen cards and fake identities. Once you confirm your card, the sending limit on that card is removed.

How do I view or edit my personal or financial information in my PayPal account?

Your profile summary for your PayPal account contains your registered personal and financial information, including your bank and debit or credit details, registered phone numbers, email addresses, and street addresses. In your profile, you can add additional cards , bank accounts, email addresses or street addresses, phone numbers and even change your password or security questions.

How do I confirm a debit or credit card that I’ve linked to my PayPal account?

To confirm a card on your PayPal account , you’ll need to request a PayPal code, find it on your card statement and enter the code on your PayPal account . Request a PayPal code Profile and settings.
What currency do you accept?
We accept US dollar and Euro dollar.
The price is per pair or piece?
All our circle lens or colored contacts are per pair price. Meaning if you want to purchase 1 pair, select quantity “1” to place order. Likewise, select “2” for 2 pairs of lens.
